On October 20, 1998, the City of Chicago (the City) filed a Motion for waiver of 49 C.F.R. 1114.26(c) with respect to its interrogatories and for an order directing responses by dates certain to the requests.

The oral argument on this Motion originally scheduled for Friday, October 30, 1998 is hereby postponed until Wednesday, November 4, at 10:00 A.M. at the request of the parties concerned. The oral argument shall be held in a hearing room of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC.

This decision is effective on the service date.
