This decision directs the parties to limit their closing briefs in this proceeding to 60 pages, including exhibits.  Briefs, and exhibits to the extent possible, must be double spaced and use Times New Roman 12-point font or larger.  Parties may not present new evidence in their briefs. 

 

This decision also extends the procedural schedule to allow an additional week to prepare the briefs in accordance with this decision.  Pursuant to the procedural schedule adopted by decision served on July 12, 2012, closing briefs were due by August 7, 2013.  Closing briefs will now be due by August 14, 2013.

 

This decision will not significantly affect either the quality of the human environment or the conservation of energy resources.

 

It is ordered:  

 

1.  The parties are directed to prepare their closing briefs in this proceeding in the manner described above. 

 

2.  Closing briefs are due by August 14, 2013.

 

3.  This decision is effective on its service date.
