NOTICE TO THE PARTIES:

 

            Pursuant to 49 C.F.R. § 1114.31(a)(3), Board staff has scheduled a conference with E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) and Norfolk Southern Railway Company (NSR) to discuss NSR’s motion to compel discovery from DuPont, which was filed on October 31, 2011.  The conference will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at the Board’s headquarters at 395 E Street, S.W., Washington, DC.
