NOTICE TO THE PARTIES:

 

            Pursuant to 49 C.F.R. § 1114.31(a)(3), Board staff has scheduled a conference with E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) and Norfolk Southern Railway Company (NSR) to discuss DuPont’s motion to compel discovery from NSR, which was filed on April 14, 2011, and NSR’s motion to compel discovery from DuPont, which was filed on April 20, 2011.  The conference will be held on Friday, May 6, 2011, at 10:30 a.m., at the Board’s headquarters at 395 E Street, S.W., Washington, DC.
